HR Generalist

ITWeb is looking for an HR Generalist to start asap.  The successful candidate will be working closely with management and be responsible for all of the company’s HR and IR administration and recruitment needs.  A tertiary qualification, at least 3 years’ relevant experience and own transport a must. Report to: Financial Manager / CEO
Main Focus Areas:  Recruitment, Performance Management, Statutory Submissions, General Admin

Core Responsibilities
- Analyse, plan and manage the recruitment process
- Staff orientation
- Give guidance to and assist the departmental managers with HR and IR issues
- Assist the employees with all HR and IR related matters and queries
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with the company’s policies
- Responsible for all statutory HR related submissions
- Understand the local employment laws and ensure the company complies with it
- Maintain, update and expand the company policies

Skills Set
- Degree/Diploma in human resources management
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Good writing skills
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Expert user of MS Office and numerically inclined
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good initiation and negotiating skills
